Contacting customers. – Since the main idea of facebook is to stay in contact with friends and each friend is a potential customer, then here you go! It’s an easy task. Additionally you have the option to view your friend friends, hint giving you the opportunity to gain more business and close more sales.

Communication. – Everyone has a wall were you can post messages right. Users are updating their profiles with basic daily routines; your business can promote events, share product information, offer discounts, and more.  It is quick way to let everyone on your friend list know the up and coming news about your company.
